I have been in the food industry for about 6 years. It was a long journey getting here but I was once a pharmacy tech working closely to a doctor, helping patients with natural remedies and alternative medicine. I left that in 2013 and started a juice company helping people detox and guiding customers to healthy eating. Then 2017, I started a catering business called Side Kitch. The name came to me after weeks of thought and meditation.
With years of experience from nutrition, wellness, and running a kitchen, My goal is to heal people through food. When I’m in the kitchen, I focus on putting ingredients together that will benefit an individual. As a caterer, I offer a wide variety of diets and cuisines and my vision is to provide food that is not only delicious, but makes people feel good too. I’m very proud of being able to combine my two passions and that I’ve had so many people believe in me along the way. I serve many tech companies and private parties including weddings, baby showers and holiday parties.
I will work with you to customize a menu and I’ll deliver beautiful, tasty creations that will please you and your guests. I features made from scratch recipes that accommodate any diet including Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Soy Free and Vegan. I combine food and styling.
