Side Kitch’s meal prep is based on eating with intention, designed to balance yourself.

The idea is to focus on eating healthier by cutting out dairy, refined sugar, soy, msg and alcohol. The meals focus on eating nutrient rich food like fish, meat, eggs, fresh produce, and fruits.

Having lived in LA my entire life, I know our community has very different days, experiences, and workloads. My food empowers you to balance yourself. To live your life without restrictions. When you take the time to heal within yourself, you crave healthy foods.

Traditionally, people adopt the diet for 30 days. However, my meal plan is designed to go at your own pace whether you want to jump all in, or take it a few meals a week. It will help you with weight management, digestion, clearer skin, increased energy, more effective workouts, better sleep, and overall health.

We are able to do deliveries all over Los Angeles.
